Having Trouble Accessing the New Employee Website? See Easy Step By Step Instructions Below!
Wondering why you've been receiving double COL communication emails?
That's a great question! Without digging in too technically, here's a brief explanation. Team members who have subscribed to the employee website portal have started receiving duplicate emails. If you're part of this group, you'll notice that though the content is the same, the format is different. We are still generating emails through the old platform along with sending it out on our new email platform (the employee website) as well. We're continuing to do this as we've noticed a higher than expected number of employees who have not set up accounts.
We understand that a few of you have had issues creating accounts, passwords expiring, etc. and we understand new accounts and sites can be tricky to navigate. That's why we're here to help!
On December 1, 2022, we do plan to stop sending communication through the old method and only send it through our employee website. This means if you haven't set up an account, you won't receive COL communication via email any longer. Our employee website, seekersofbetter.com, is an all-encompassing tool built to service your needs - allowing you to download and print COL policies and benefits, view upcoming events and giveaways, and view a library of Dave's updates, memos and newsletters in one place.
We've made signing up to the website even EASIER! Please follow the steps below if you haven't yet set up an account. Reach out to the design team if you are still having issues - we'd love to help! Find us upstairs or email design@cherryopticallab.com!

How to Create an account for COL Employee Website - seekersofbetter.com
STEP 1:
Go to seekersofbetter.com
Click “SIGN UP”
STEP 2:
Fill out the Sign Up Form
Click “Submit”
STEP 3:
Wait for your account to be approved on the backend.
Once your account is approved, you’ll receive an email titled “Welcome! Confirm Your Email.”
Open email and click “Confirm Your Email.”
STEP 4:
Next, you’ll be directed back to the website, seekersofbetter.com, to login. Use your credentials you just created and login. Now browse and enjoy!
